I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years in different countries and continents. When I discovered kundalini yoga I immediately fell in love with the effects of this practice and its unique combination of chanting, breathing, moving the body, I had never felt such a deep experience before.
I am so grateful for the clarity, the sense of purpose, the balance and joy that my practice provides me every day that I want to share this light with others.
I am internationally certified and have more then 300+ hours and ongoing trainings with the most amazing elder teachers. Level one Kundalini Yoga trained with Gurmukh in Rishikesh, India, levels two; Life Styles and Life Cycles, Stress and Vitality with Guru Singh, Seattle; Yoga Therapy course with Shanti Shanti Kaur, Phoenix.
